SMT Programmer Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced SMT programmer to join our team in Eluru, India. As an SMT programmer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of programs within established times, while maintaining high levels of accuracy and quality.Deliver programs within established timelines, adhering to specifications set by management.Ensure variation of +/- 1% of quoted time in SMT programs, as per monthly specifications.Assist in modification, optimization, and line balancing requests from engineers.Update all SMT backup information on a monthly basis.Implement the MES QM system use in manufacturing engineering, in accordance with new product introductions set by management.Maintain zero discrepancies in the definition or adjustment of internal systems, as new platforms for SMT equipment are installed.Provide training to technicians in the generation of programs and visual aids using Valor software.Train Engineers in the generation of process routes in the MES system.Implement at least one Engineering improvement project.This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and contribute to the growth of our organization.Required Skills and Qualifications:2 years of experience in SMT and TH processes, with proficiency in programming SMT/TH equipment.Strong knowledge of global logistics operations, industry, and international direct and indirect taxes.Proven track record of successful change management accomplishments, with ability to devise and implement strategy to achieve targets.Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).What We Offer:A challenging and rewarding role that offers opportunities for professional growth and development.About Us:We are a leading manufacturer of electronic components and assemblies.
