As an Admission and Enrollment Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth admission process while providing exceptional support to prospective students and their families.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain relationships with prospective students/parents through calls, emails, and tele-counselling sessions to schedule guidance meetings.Engage with prospective students, addressing their queries regarding the university, programs, and opportunities in a professional and supportive manner.Review applications, advising students on suitable courses, financial aid options, scholarships, and related information to facilitate informed decisions.Provide accurate information regarding admission documentation and mandatory requirements to ensure compliance.Organize campus tours for prospective students, showcasing the university's infrastructure and facilities.Represent the university at schools, seminars, events, and promotional activities, effectively communicating its value proposition.Manage the entire admission process from application to final enrollment, ensuring seamless transitions and timely completion.Follow up with potential candidates after visits to ensure successful closures and ongoing engagement.Stay updated with admission policies, procedures, and requirements to provide expert guidance.Coordinate outreach activities such as workshops, expert talks, health camps, and other events to foster connections and promote the university's profile.Achieve key performance indicators: 100–150 calls per day during peak admission seasons.
