Position: Influencer Marketing Intern
Location: Gurugram, Haryana (Work from Office)
Duration: 3-6 months
Stipend: Competitive (with potential for full-time conversion based on performance)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our influencer marketing team. As an intern, you will work closely with our Influencer Manager to support onboarding influencers onto our app, manage campaigns, and strengthen relationships with influencers in fashion, beauty, and lifestyle niches.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and onboarding influencers to the Highonbuzz platform.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers to foster engagement and collaboration.
- Support barter collaboration campaigns by coordinating deliverables and timelines.
- Conduct research on emerging influencers, trends, and opportunities in the fashion, beauty, and lifestyle segments.
- Analyze influencer metrics to identify suitable candidates for collaborations.
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the Influencer Manager in campaign execution.
Requirements:
- A keen interest in influencer marketing and social media trends.
- Basic understanding of the fashion, beauty, and lifestyle industries.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms is a plus.
- Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
