ERP Implementation SpecialistThis role offers excellent growth opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Import customer data into the ERP system, perform data cleansing and validation, and document mapping processes.Analyse and troubleshoot data migration issues, conduct quality checks, and collaborate with technical teams for resolutions.Gather client business requirements, perform process mapping, and convert findings into functional documentation.Configure relevant ERP modules and execute testing to ensure solution quality.Provide training, create supporting documentation, and offer support for client issues.Monitor ERP version updates, maintain scripts, and create tutorials demonstrating processes and module changes.Produce content to support internal learning and client education.Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders for progress updates, issue tracking, and successful delivery.Support sales activities such as product demonstrations and participate in strengthening client relationships.We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record of delivering successful ERP implementation projects. If you have a strong understanding of business processes and excellent communication skills, we would like to hear from you.Requirements:At least 3 years of experience in ERP implementation or consulting.Strong expertise in business analysis and documentation.Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.Experience with data import/export, migration, and troubleshooting.Ability to analyse complex issues and propose structured solutions.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Collaboration with QA teams during testing phases.
