Job description - for Immediate hire

We are looking for talented web designers with a cool, innovative approach to communications design for digital marketing - websites, social media posts & ads, eMailers and much more.

Experience: 0-2 years of digital design work experience. Portfolio that showcases any work in branding / communication design. Your design style and your ability to use tech to make a vision come alive will be the key skill

The role:
1. To understand client briefs and collaborate in the visualization and creative thought process for campaign ideas/ client briefs.
2. Good communication, understanding of the task, responsibility, and ability to work with the team are expected qualities.
3. Work on the design of all online and offline communication material.
4. Understanding of video content and its applications would be a plus.
5. Equally important is someone who is passionate, engaging, personable and open to ideas. You need to be excited by the prospect of pushing design in new directions.

Software Skills:
Thorough knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is a must.
Understanding of video editing softwares like After Effects, Premiere Pro or even Canva would be a plus.
Basic knowledge of Indesign would be an added advantage.

The position is based in Bengaluru.
