We stand at the intersection of global expertise and local excellence, enabling us to drive innovation and support our larger purpose of unlocking the power of nature to enrich quality of life.Job TitleAutomation Developer 2 (TOSCA)The role of Automation Developer 2 is accountable for designing, developing and executing automated test cases on any projects leveraging automation testing services, as well as to mentor more-junior team members in all of these areas. ADM uses Tricentis Tosca to support our automated testing capabilities. A successful candidate will provide Automation Testing expertise related to Tricentis Tosca.Job Responsibilities:Perform the following duties and mentor more junior colleagues in their performance:Create automated test cases using Tricentis Tosca as assigned by Automation Test Lead/ArchitectCreate test data as neededExecute test cases as neededAttend defect meetings as requiredAdhere to established automation schedulesReceive knowledge transfer from subject matter experts for automation implementationDevelop and maintain best practices for automation implementationMaintain Tosca infrastructureJob Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field2+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing. Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in automation testing using Tricentis Tosca test automation tool Experience with creating cross platform manual and automated test plans and test casesExperience in business requirements analysis and test case design using Test Case management tools: Azure DevOps, ALM, TFS, JIRA plug-ins, etc.A self-motivated team player with good communication skills and the ability to multi-taskStrong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to analyze complex problemsA passion for software product qualityExperience with QA processes, test frameworks, test design strategies, writing test cases, and automating testsDemonstrates the ability to translate technical information into terminology understood at all levels of users, both verbally and in writingConsistently creating a positive work environment by being team-orientedAbility to interact with all levels of employees in a courteous, professional manner at all timesPreferred:3+ years test experience in SAP S/4 Hana environment3+ years’ experience with DevOps and Continuous testingTechnical understanding of cloud applications, web services, server-side components and APIsExperience with software development methodologies/processes such as (but not limited to): Waterfall, Agile/Scrum and Shift-Left-approach to make testing more efficient and can adjust to a hybrid form of methodologyNice to have:Experience in mobility testing and exposure to cloud mobile solutions
