Job Description:

We're looking for a highly skilled Technical Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of our technical architecture. As a Technical Architect, you will be responsible for ensuring that our technology stack aligns with our business goals and objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, ensure technical excellence, and provide thought leadership on technical matters.

Roles & Responsibilities:


1. **Technical Leadership:** - Provide technical vision and leadership to the engineering team. - Collaborate with the product team to design and implement technical solutions. - Ensure that technical decisions align with business goals and objectives. 2. **Architecture Design:** - Design and implement large-scale technical architectures. - Ensure that architectures are scalable, secure, and highly available. - Collaborate with the infrastructure team to design and implement cloud-based architectures. 3. **Technical Standards:** - Establish and maintain technical standards and best practices. - Ensure that technical standards are followed across the organization. - Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure that technical debt is minimized. 4. **Technical Innovation:** - Identify and evaluate new technologies and trends. - Collaborate with the product team to design and implement proof-of-concepts. - Ensure that innovation is aligned with business goals and objectives. 5. **Communication:** - Communicate technical vision and plans to stakeholders. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that technical plans are aligned with business objectives. - Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team. 6. **Project Management:** - Lead and manage technical projects. - Collaborate with the project management team to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. - Ensure that technical projects are aligned with business goals and objectives. 7. **Technical Skills:** - Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) - Microservices Architecture - DevOps (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes) - Serverless Computing (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions) - Containerization (Docker) - Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
