The company is now in process of global expansion and setting up operations in India, Europe, and North America. Position: Operations Manager – D2C Brand
Location: Noida 64
Experience: Minimum 5 years of operational experience in a high-growth D2C Brand
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations manager / senior manager to join our fast-paced D2C business specializing in buying used electronics from consumers. You will be responsible for building our pan India operations efficiency, working closely with our tech team in building scalable systems handling high volumes of orders seamlessly. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on operational knowledge to support the business's growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Management:Managing and scaling the daily processing of pan India orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure seamless order processing, logistics pick-ups, and issue resolution.
- Optimize processes for handling fluctuating order volumes.
- Build robust systems and SOPs for both in-house and external vendors.
- Tech-Savviness:Recommend and implement technology upgrades to enhance operational efficiency.
- Utilize and improve operational software/tools for tracking orders, inventory, and logistics.
- Automatics pickups, logistics, and customer service for on-ground support.
- Propose and execute strategies for scaling operations to align with growth objectives.
- Data Reporting & Analysis:Develop robust reporting mechanisms to track operational KPIs and identify bottlenecks.
- Prepare regular reports on order volumes, customer feedback, and logistics efficiency.
- Use data insights to predict future trends and inform strategic decision-making.
- Analyze operational data and market trends to predict future opportunities and risks.
- Problem Solving & Hustling:Maintain a proactive and solutions-oriented approach to operational challenges.
- Work efficiently under pressure while balancing short-term fixes and long-term improvements.
- Willing to spend time with on-ground operations and travel across India
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of operational experience in a high-growth D2C, e-commerce environment, with a focus on quick commerce, hyperlocal, and D2C brands. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in managing complex operations involving consumers, technology, scale, and last-mile logistics.Strong technical proficiency with tools like CRM software, order management systems, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
