Job Title:Senior Financial ProfessionalAbout the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day financial operations, including general ledger management, journal entries, and reconciliations.Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to inform business decision-making.Coordinate month-end/quarter-end/year-end closing processes and prepare timely financial reports.Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory requirements, including GST and TDS.Process vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and other disbursements in a timely and accurate manner.Support audits, tax filings, and liaison with external auditors/consultants as needed.Manage accounts payable/receivable and maintain accurate records of transactions.Maintain documentation and compliance for cross-border payments and international vendor transactions.Monitor cash flows and coordinate with banks and financial institutions.Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, taxation, and compliance regulations relevant to the business.Requirements:Masters degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA/ CA Inter / CMA preferred but not mandatory).4–7 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a start-up or technology company.Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and general compliance requirements.Experience in book closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.Familiarity with cross-border payment processes, FEMA basics, and related compliance.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar).Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.What We Offer:A challenging and rewarding role in a dynamic organization, with opportunities for professional growth and development.Contact Us:To apply, please submit your resume and cover letter to us.
