Technical Project LeadAbout the Opportunity:We seek an experienced Technical Project Lead to spearhead data engineering and analytics initiatives. You will oversee cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of projects that align with business objectives.About the Role:Strategically plan and execute technical projects on time, within scope, and budget.Develop in-depth understanding of data pipelines, ETL/ELT, and analytics workflows.Collaborate with engineering, product, QA, and operations teams to define project requirements and success metrics.Stay up-to-date with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks).Craft detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.Track project progress using tools like Jira, Confluence, and report status to stakeholders.Proactively identify and resolve project blockers and dependencies.Maintain current and aligned technical documentation.Ensure effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.Manage third-party vendors or external contractors when necessary.Promote continuous improvement in processes, tools, and team efficiency.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.8+ years of experience in project management within a technical environment.Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall).Proficient with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Required Skills:Deep understanding of data pipelines, ETL/ELT, and analytics workflows.Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Skills:Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks).Proficient with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
