AI Researcher - Generative AI ExpertWe are seeking an AI Researcher to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge Generative AI, LLM, and agentic systems.Design advanced generative AI models, including LLMs, diffusion models, and multi-agent systems.Own AI projects from ideation to production deployment, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.Develop high-performance ML/DL models using state-of-the-art architectures and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and JAX.Collaborate with experts to deliver production-grade AI systems, leveraging technologies like RAG pipelines, agent orchestration, fine-tuning, computer vision, and optimization.Key skills required include:Python programming (advanced) and multiprocessing/async programming.Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, HuggingFace Transformers/Diffusers, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, and MLOps tools like MLflow, W&B, Kubeflow.Proficiency in CUDA, CuPy, CuGraph, and other related tools.You will also be working on various projects involving:Generative & Agentic AI: RAG, multi-agent orchestration, fine-tuning diffusion models, and LLM fine-tuning.ML & Deep Learning: XGBoost, LightGBM, CatBoost, clustering, PCA/UMAP, CNNs, RNNs/LSTMs, Transformers, GNNs, Time-series, and RL.Computer Vision: YOLO, DETR, Faster R-CNN, OCR, Video analytics, and Multi-modal processing.Optimization & Deployment: TensorRT, ONNX, quantization, pruning, distillation, Docker, Kubernetes, REST/gRPC APIs, Azure ML, Azure OpenAI, App Services, and Monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor, and ELK.The ideal candidate should possess:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.3.5-7 years of experience in ML/AI with proven end-to-end solution delivery.Strong fundamentals in ML/DL, optimization, and modeling.Experience deploying production-level ML/LLM solutions.Publications, open-source contributions, or patents are a plus.Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.],
