Fashion Consultant ( Freshers can also apply) and Senior Fashion Consultant (Minimum 2 years of Experience) – SHYAMAL & BHUMIKA, Mehrauli, New DelhiWe're seeking a sales-driven Fashion Consultant/Client Service Executive to join our In-Store Sales team.Responsibilities:* Understanding the client's requirements.* Advising clients on different designers' collections, colour options, styles, and fabrics that will suit their preferences, body type, price range, as well as the occasion they're dressing for.* Selling merchandise and processing customized orders.* Generating and pursuing leads to expand the client base.* Following up with clients via phone or email and addressing their requests and questions.* Coordinating with the production team to ensure timely order completion.* Work collaboratively with the visual merchandising team and creating appealing store displays.* Willingness to assist and support the senior sales team.Requirements:* Passion for sales and customer service.* Proficiency in WhatsApp and MS Office.* Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.* Good organizational and time management skills.* Strong networking and social media skills.Location: Shyamal & Bhumika, Qutab Garden, H-5/12, Kalka Das Marg, Block C, Mehrauli, New Delhi, DelhiEmail: recruit.sandb@gmail.comCall: +91 81413 91995
