We're self-funded, profitable, and pay well… and on timeRoles and Responsibilities:Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts.Work on design briefs/outlines shared by the content team or clients.Create a wide range of visual content, including social media graphics, ad banners, blog post graphics, web banners, infographics, presentations, ebooks, posters, and emails.Develop, evolve, and maintain a consistent look and feel across all visual assets.Collaborate with our team to ensure design consistency and quality.Required Skillsets:Conceptual/visualization ability and originality.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and UI/UX design principles.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Professionalism regarding time, deadlines, and constructive criticism.A portfolio that showcases your design skills and experience.Knowledge of design trends and aestheticsWhat we're looking for in a candidateA passion for graphic design and content visualization.A willingness to learn and grow with our team.A self-motivated and disciplined approach to work.Nice to have:Understanding of branding and visual identity.Familiarity with UI/UX design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch.Basic knowledge of video editing software like Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro.If you hate the 'typical' work environments, office politics, and can't stand 'people-pleasers' or can't be one.... this is a place for youYou will have the opportunity to be a vital part of the team and work with equally creative colleagues.
