Job OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced professional to design, implement and operate our Enterprise AI API platform. This role requires collaboration with architecture, development, security and DevOps teams to build a scalable, secure and robust API-ecosystem using IBM's API management technologies.Main Responsibilities:Design and develop APIs using industry-leading platforms such as IBM API Connect and DataPower gateways.Establish API governance policies: authentication/authorization (OAuth2, API-key, JWT), rate limits, quotas, versioning and lifecycle management.Manage the API gateway: routing, transformation, orchestration, protocol mediation (REST, SOAP, GraphQL) and traffic control.Publish and maintain the developer portal: onboarding internal and external consumers, documentation and self-service subscription.Monitor API usage, performance, latency and error metrics; analyze usage patterns and production issues.Ensure API security and resilience: secure back-end integrations, payload validation, threat mitigation and high availability.Familiarity with cloud-based services like AWS is highly valued.Stay up-to-date with emerging protocols and best practices in the field of API management.
