Job Title: OTM Consultant / Senior OTM ConsultantWe are seeking experienced Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) consultants to lead end-to-end implementations. Ideal candidates will have strong hands-on experience working with OTM Cloud, SQL, and Agile & DevOps practices.This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic environment and can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:Lead or participate in full lifecycle OTM implementation projectsWork with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into OTM solutionsConfigure OTM modules, workflows, agents, and automation rulesPerform OTM Cloud configurations and support integration with external systemsConduct functional and technical analysis, develop solution designs, and troubleshoot system issuesSupport OTM on-premise to cloud migration activities if applicableCollaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/DevOps environmentCreate documentation, functional specs, and process flows for implementations Required Skills and Qualifications:8-12+ years of experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)Strong hands-on experience with OTM Cloud; exposure to both functional and technical areasProficiency in SQL and OTM-related data structuresKnowledge of DevOps pipelines, version control, build/release processesStrong understanding of Agile methodologiesExperience with OTM on-premises to cloud migration mandatory for senior role, good to have for mid-levelExcellent communication and client interaction skills About the Role:The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.A successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to adapt quickly to changing project requirements.This role offers opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic environment.
