Job OpportunityWe seek an experienced Data Analyst to lead the development and maintenance of our finance data mart.Data Modelling RequirementsThe ideal candidate will design, implement and maintain accurate data models that support finance reporting needs.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Develop and track relevant metrics for Funds Under Management (FUM) and Revenue Allocation processes.Source-to-Target MappingMap source systems (e.g., finance applications) to the target data mart ensuring seamless data flow.Quality Assurance and ControlEnsure data accuracy, consistency and integrity throughout the finance reporting system.Collaboration and CommunicationWork closely with business stakeholders, finance experts and developers to translate business requirements into actionable data insights.Documentation and SupportPrepare comprehensive documentation on data models, mapping specifications and data flows to facilitate development, testing and maintenance processes.Continuous ImprovementRegularly assess and improve data models and processes to adapt to evolving business needs.Additional ResponsibilitiesParticipate in regular meetings and discussions with stakeholders to address any questions or concerns.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data modelling and analysis.Support cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective data-driven decision making.
