Summary:As a Senior Associate in the Go to Market (GTM) Operations team, you will play a critical role in enabling operational excellence across Grant Thornton’s global Marketing and Sales functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on bringing structure to ideas, excels in documentation, and enjoys working across teams to drive clarity and consistency. You will act as an internal consultant, supporting planning and activation, and process optimization efforts, while ensuring that all initiatives are well-documented, standardized, and scalable. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency and strategic alignment.Responsibilities:Process Documentation & StandardizationTranslate ideas and evolving processes into clear, structured documentation including SOPs, playbooks, templates, and workflows.Ensure consistency and accessibility of documentation across GTM and adjacent verticals.Maintain a central repository of GTM operational assets for easy reference and reuse.Project Management & Operational SupportSupport GTM initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.Create and manage project documentation such as charters, timelines, status updates, and retrospectives.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track progress and resolve roadblocks.Insights & ReportingGenerate actionable insights from GTM activities and performance data.Build dashboards and reports to monitor effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.Support leadership with data-backed recommendations and visualizations.Strategic Planning & ActivationAssist in translating strategic objectives into operational plans and execution roadmaps.Collaborate with global stakeholders to support campaigns and initiative rollouts.Cross-Functional CollaborationServe as a connector between Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing.Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and documentation reviews to drive clarity and consensus.Skills:Proven experience in creating and managing SOPs, templates, and structured documentation.Strong project management skills. Familiarity with tools like Wrike or similar, MS Project, MS Planner, Visio or similar, Smartsheet preferred.Workflow automation tools like Power Automate, good to have MS Visio experience.Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI,).Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and structure.Experience working in a global or matrixed organization is a plus.Education / Professional Experience/ QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred.4–6 years of experience in marketing operations, sales enablement, internal consulting, or documentation-heavy roles
