AI Application Developer Job DescriptionAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced AI application developer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about working with large language models (LLMs) and deploying real-world AI applications at scale.As a senior engineering role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying AI-powered applications using cloud services, with a focus on scalability and reliability.The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills in Python, developing UI web applications, and working with both relational and NoSQL databases.• Proven hands-on experience with LLMs (Azure OpenAI, HuggingFace, RAG pipelines, etc.).• Strong experience with cloud computing – building and deploying scalable app services and AI apps.• Experience working with AI model integration and data management.• Proficiency in Python for AI/ML development and automation.• Experience in UI/web app development (HTML, JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Angular).• Experience integrating LLMs into business process workflows and chat-based UI (Teams, Power Apps, etc.).This role requires not only technical depth but also the ability to influence, collaborate, guide other engineers, and stakeholders to shape the future of AI.Key Responsibilities:• Design, develop, and deploy AI applications leveraging LLMs and cloud services.• Build and deploy scalable app services and AI apps on cloud platforms.• Develop hand-on Python-based solutions and UI web applications for AI functions.• Work with structured and unstructured data, leveraging relational and NoSQL databases.Desired Soft Skills:• Strategic thinking – able to translate business problems into technical AI solutions.• Collaboration & Influence – skilled at working with stakeholders across business and technology teams.• Communication excellence – can clearly explain complex AI/ML concepts to non-technical audiences.• Leadership & mentorship – capable of guiding other engineers, fostering best practices, and raising overall team capability.
