Job Title :- Power Manager/National Power Infra Lead
Job Location: Mumbai
Experience Range: 13 to 18 Years
Must Have:
- Good communication skills (written/verbal)
- Strong understanding of Power infrastructure, UPS systems and Diesel Generators.
- Detail-oriented and dependable problem-solving skills
- Exemplary analytical and organizational skills
- High Ethical and moral values
- Experience in strong coordination and follow-up across internal and external stake holders.
- Strong leadership skill, Must have managed a team of min 20 – 30 professionals.
- Vendor Management skills -Getting work done from support agencies.
- Good computer knowledge (Microsoft excel, word, PowerPoint etc.)
Responsibilities:
- 100% availability of Power / Electrical systems for defect free assessment delivery.
- Develop, coordinate and implement strategies and policies to reduce energy consumption at Exam Venues
- Coordinates electrical maintenance and repair work with Center Administration, and field team
- Reviews operating reports and inspection records to identify faulty electrical equipment.
- Ensure proper / timely maintenance of UPS systems, Diesel Generators and Electrical gears / switches by effective planning and test center infrastructure management ( 100% uptime).
- Validate & confirm center readiness for defect free exam .
- Failure Analysis of all Electrical equipment’s failures and compliance as per action plans
- Statutory - Complying all kind of legal & statutory requirements for electrical department
- Reports on Power / Electrical systems uptime, procedural efficiency, Dashboard on Key performance parameters to Senior Management.
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time.
