Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Statistical Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining ADaM datasets, TLFs, and analytical outputs for clinical trials.Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain ADaM datasets, TLFs, and analytical outputs for clinical trials.Support Oncology studies with accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance in programming deliverables.Contribute to ISS/ISE activities, including dataset integration, analysis, and documentation.Collaborate with statisticians, data managers, and clinical teams for timely delivery.Provide clear, traceable, and compliant programming outputs for regulatory submissions and RTQs.Key Skills and QualificationsTroubleshoot data/programming issues and propose process enhancements.Ensure adherence to CDISC standards and good programming practices.Work in an agile environment, participating in sprint meetings and continuous improvement discussions.Requirements4-14 years of Industrial experience.Proficiency in R programming.Solid experience in SAS programming, especially in a clinical/biostatistics environment.Hands-on expertise in ADaM dataset development and TLF programming.
