By combining AI-powered docudrama storytelling with social features, Time Krishna transforms passive audiences into active creators — pushing India’s independent voice onto the global stage.About the RoleWe’re seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with expertise in Generative AI, model fine-tuning, and GCP AI ecosystems. You’ll work with cutting-edge technologies like Google Gemini, Imagen, Leonardo, Stability AI, Groq, and LangChain, building production-ready AI systems that power text, image, and multimodal experiences for millions.This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of engineering, research, and creativity, and wants to shape the AI foundation of India’s next-generation media platform.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and build end-to-end AI/ML systems from experimentation to production.Architect, fine-tune, and deploy Generative AI models (text, image, multimodal).Work with Gemini, Imagen, Recraft, Leonardo, Stability AI, Groq, and other SDKs.Implement custom fine-tuning for domain-specific use cases.Build FastAPI services for model inference and orchestration.Develop Streamlit dashboards for visualization and rapid experimentation.Integrate LangChain and other orchestration frameworks for multi-LLM workflows.Leverage GCP services (Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, GKE, Dataflow).Design scalable, multi-model architectures with fallback and ensemble strategies.Collaborate with data, product, and DevOps teams for AI productization.Required Skills & Experience6–10 years of hands-on experience in software engineering and ML.Strong proficiency in Python, FastAPI, and Streamlit.Deep knowledge of ML lifecycle — training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring.Experience with Generative AI models (Gemini, GPT, Groq, LangChain).Experience with Image models (Imagen, Leonardo, Recraft, Stability AI).Expertise in model fine-tuning, optimization, and customization.Strong experience with GCP AI tools — Vertex AI, BigQuery, Dataflow, GKE, Pub/Sub.Familiarity with RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases.Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.Good to HaveExperience with multi-cloud AI (AWS, Azure).Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes for model deployment.Hands-on with MLOps pipelines (MLflow, Kubeflow, Vertex Pipelines).Exposure to streaming frameworks (Kafka, Spark, Flink).Awareness of Responsible AI principles and model governance.Soft SkillsCreative problem-solving and research mindset.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Strong communication for cross-functional alignment.Passion for exploring new AI frontiers and real-world impact.Why Join UsWork at the frontline of Generative AI innovation in India.Be part of a mission-driven platform redefining how the world consumes and creates media.Collaborate with world-class engineers and AI experts.Build AI systems that blend creativity, computation, and culture.How to ApplyIf you’re an AI builder who thrives on solving deep technical challenges and wants to shape the future of India’s independent digital voice, apply now to join the Time Krishna x Tech Raid movement.
