This role involves a wide-ranging set of responsibilities, including the ownership and maintenance of diverse security-related systems.Familiarity with core cloud services architecture, strong security background, and experience in Identity or Crypto areas as an architect/Principal Engineer at a major Hyperscaler are essential.Deep technical expertise, broad knowledge of software engineering, computer science fundamentals, and distributed systems is required.We need someone comfortable navigating complex security challenges, ensuring high availability and robust security practices throughout our infrastructure.Key ResponsibilitiesDelivering large-scale distributed systems with high availability.Developing secure architectures and guiding internal teams on building and onboarding new technologies.Collaborating with architects and service teams to assess security risks and maintain high security standards.Supporting security programs and security engineering/architecture in complex enterprise environments.Requirements15+ years' experience in designing, developing, and operating secure distributed systems.Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and distributed systems fundamentals.Knowledge of applied cryptography, security protocols, and advanced threat analysis techniques.Ability to guide and mentor others in secure software development and system operations.
