The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
ResponsibilitiesBuild relationships with prospective clients.
Providing guidance & information to the clients about various services & packages and signing contracts with the established & aspiring models for certain period and providing services as committed in contract. Interacting with clients face to face and over phone calls. Handling meeting of the clients coming to our office for shoots. Explaining clients about our services in details. Resolving client’s issues.Maintain consistent contact with existing clientsAchieve the sales target as assigned and maintain a consistent pipeline for the future growth.Analyze market and establish competitive advantagesTrack metrics to ensure targets are hit.Client Servicing: Maintaining Proper formal relationship with clients and looking into timely delivery of the services to the clients. Looking into shoot line-ups for the clients who are already registered with us.Data Entry - Maintaining Proper data of the clients.Calling - New Calls to clients on hot leads provided by company. Follow-up calls. Shoot line-up calls.Reports – Submitting Daily, Weekly & Monthly reports on time.Additional work might be given as and when required.
QualificationsBachelor's degree 3+ years in sales industryExperience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success of minimum 1 plus years.Strong negotiation skillsStrong communication and presentation skillsCRM experience is preferred
Remuneration offered : 4.0 LPA
- 6.5 LPA depending on experience and interview.
