Department : Accounts
Designation : Sr Account Executive
Location: Worli, Mumbai

Key responsibilities :
Banking (booking receipts and payments to vendors)
Booking of expenses and proper accounting of provisions
Following up on outstanding payments and resolving any billing discrepancies or disputes in a timely manner.
Reconciling accounts ledger and ensuring all payments are posted correctly.
Monitoring and analyzing accounts aging reports to identify overdue accounts and minimize days sales outstanding.
Collaborating with internal teams to address payment issues effectively.
Maintaining thorough and organized documentation of all accounts
Sales reconciliation with various channels.
Knowledge of TDS and GST

Skills:
Attention to detail
Experience with accounting software (Tally)/ Business Central
Knowledge of Advance Excel
