Key Responsibilities 

  • Shape and refine research reports, policy briefs, articles, and thought pieces to ensure accuracy, coherence, and impact.
  • Collaborate with researchers and experts to strengthen narratives and communicate complex ideas with clarity.
  • Oversee the development of Synergia Insights and other flagship publications, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Support strategic events by preparing roundtable summaries, conference reports, and post-event publications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Master degree in International Relations, Pol Science , English, History or a related field from a premier institute in India or overseas. 
  • Strong writing and analytical skills, ideally with experience in strategic organisations , academia, or media.
  • Excellent command of written English with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to communicate ideas and concepts well to key stakeholders.
