Job Summary

Artifex HR is hiring for a client who is engaged in the development of cutting-edge precision oncology solutions.

We seek a highly skilled Solution Architect with extensive experience designing and implementing robust solutions in the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of cloud technologies, particularly AWS, and be proficient in Java Spring Boot and modern front-end frameworks such as Angular or React. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architectural Design: Develop comprehensive solution architectures that meet functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
  • Cloud Solutions: Design, implement, and manage scalable AWS cloud solutions to support healthcare applications.
  • Technical Leadership: Guide development teams in software design and implementation, ensuring adherence to architectural standards.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Prototyping: Create prototypes and proof-of-concept implementations for complex solutions to validate design approaches.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure that all solutions comply with healthcare regulations and security standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to the evolution of enterprise architecture.
  • Mentorship: Mentor junior architects and developers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation within the team.

Experience Required

10+ years in IT, with a focus on healthcare solutions

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years focused on solution architecture in the healthcare sector.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in AWS services (EC2,S3, Lambda, etc.) and cloud architecture principles.

Strong programming skills in Java Spring Boot.

Experience with front-end technologies such as Angular or React.

Familiarity with microservices architecture, API design, and service-oriented architecture (SOA).

Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent certification is highly desirable.

Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non- technical stakeholders.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA) is a plus.
