Job Description:We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, visualizing, designing and evolving our visual identity.Your workday will consist of thinking, acting and designing for digital platforms. You will develop and strengthen brand assets, including style and brand guidelines, and deliver high-quality, on-brand graphics to support our digital and performance marketing efforts.You will independently perform med-to-high complexity creative tasks that are cohesive, simple, intuitive and customer-centric. Your responsibilities will include producing creative assets, such as graphics, templates, and layouts, and visual standards for marketing activities across multiple channels.In addition, you will analyze, report and improve your designs iteratively with each initiative. You will also refine other people's ideas and come up with new ones to create high-quality creative outcomes.Requirements:A powerful portfolio demonstrating your creative capacity, aesthetic sensibilities, and technical expertise;High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator) and other design software suited for designing still and motion graphics;0 to 1 years of experience in designing for digital advertising on Facebook, Google, Instagram, and others;Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and collaboration skills;Ability to work in a team and yet deliver as an individual contributor;What We Offer:We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters creativity and innovation.
