1. Team Management:

-Lead, mentor, and motivate the relationship managers to achieve individual and team sales targets.

-Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

-Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.


2.Sales Strategy & Execution:

-Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

-Identify new business opportunities and market trends to enhance the product portfolio.

-Drive cross-selling and upselling initiatives within the team.


3.Client Relationship Management:

-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

-Resolve client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.

-Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory standards in client interactions.


4.Reporting & Analysis:

-Prepare regular reports on sales performance, team productivity, and client feedback.

-Analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.

-Collaborate with senior management to align team goals with organizational objectives.


5.Collaboration:

-Work closely with the marketing team to design campaigns and promotional activities.

-Coordinate with product teams to ensure updated knowledge of offerings.


Key Requirements :-

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).

· Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role within the financial services sector.

· Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

· Strong understanding of financial products, including mutual funds, insurance, SIPs, and other investment tools.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to lead by example and inspire a team to perform at their best.

· Proficiency in CRM tools.
