Job Description Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Palantir Lead/Senior Developer to design, develop, and implement end-to-end data solutions using Palantir Foundry . The ideal candidate must possess deep expertise in Foundry platform capabilities, large-scale data engineering, and solution architecture, with proven experience in leading technical teams and complex project deliveries. Must Have Skills 5+ years of hands-on Palantir Foundry experience Strong experience in: Data integration, transformation & ontology modeling Workshop applications and Foundry APIs Data pipeline development within Palantir Proficiency in Python and SQL Strong experience integrating Foundry with external systems (Snowflake, APIs, Cloud Platforms ) Excellent troubleshooting skills for ingestion, pipeline, and transformation issues Deep understanding of data governance, quality, and architectural best practices Proven technical leadership and experience mentoring developers Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience 8+ years overall experience in data engineering or analytics Strong background in enterprise-scale data solutions Ability to gather business requirements and convert them into scalable technical designs Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with AWS, Azure, and Snowflake Prior experience in enterprise data architectures and security standards Experience leading large-scale Palantir Foundry implementations Strong background in data validation frameworks, governance models, and workflow optimization Certifications in cloud, data engineering, or Palantir technologies (if applicable) Responsibilities Lead complete delivery lifecycle of Palantir Foundry solutions (data ingestion, transformation, ontology modeling, validation, workshop development) Collaborate with business teams to define requirements and build scalable data architectures Build and optimize data pipelines, workflows, and Foundry transforms Ensure seamless data exchange between Foundry and external systems (Snowflake, APIs, Cloud ) Guide and mentor junior engineers; enforce best practices and coding standards Troubleshoot complex technical issues around ingestion, transformation, governance, and workflow failures Ensure adherence to enterprise data governance and security requirements Develop and maintain solution design documents, technical specs, and architecture diagrams Drive performance optimization, maintainability, and scalability improvements Important Note (Please Read Before Applying)
