Senior Project CoordinatorThe ideal candidate will work closely with the Founder to manage daily workflows across multiple client projects.This role is ideal for someone with 6 months to 1 year of experience in digital marketing, SEO, GMB optimization, or project coordination — particularly with US/Canada-based clients.The Senior Project Coordinator will coordinate tasks, handle client communication, manage timelines, and ensure smooth execution of all GMB & SEO deliverables.Client Communication & Coordination:Serve as the primary point of contact for GMB & SEO clients.Conduct regular check-ins, understand client needs, and communicate updates.Maintain professionalism and ensure clear, timely communication.Document requirements and align internal teams accordingly.Project Coordination & Workflow Management:Manage daily GMB & SEO workflows and internal tasks.Assign tasks to team members and ensure deadlines are met.Follow up actively to maintain smooth execution.Track deliverables through project trackers, sheets, and documentation.Maintain SOPs, client notes, and performance reports.GMB & SEO Support Tasks:Coordinate updates on Google Business Profiles.Assist with keyword research, on-page tasks, and content inputs.Manage GMB posting schedules and review responses.Review deliverables for accuracy before sharing with clients.Ensure the work follows Google's guidelines and best practices.Founder's Office Responsibilities:Work closely with the Founder on operational and strategic priorities.Provide daily updates, insights, and task reports.Maintain confidentiality and handle information responsibly.Take ownership and provide solutions wherever required.
