Renewable Energy SpecialistLocation: India (Part-time)We are seeking a skilled Renewable Energy Specialist to join our team in APAC.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the renewable energy market, including solar and wind power.Conduct market research and analysis on India corporate renewable energy market opportunities.Identify and conduct outreach to renewable energy developers, corporate renewable energy purchasers, NGOs, and local actors in support of a market analysis.Support the project management and delivery of key projects for clients by conducting research, data analysis, and assisting in client communications.Provide support in analyzing, summarizing, and presenting REC, PPA, green tariff, spot market and other transaction opportunities to clients.Participate in current or prospective client meetings as appropriate.Key Qualifications:The successful candidate will have:A BA degree or higher in Business, Economics, Environment, or equivalent.Demonstrated interest in working in an innovative environment.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey detailed information to diverse audiences.Engaged in environment issues, renewable energy, carbon, climate change.Detail-oriented, organized, self-starter, with excellent project management skills.Preferably 2+ years of experience working in the renewable energy-related industry or related sectors.Excellent written and spoken communication in English.Benefits:Apala Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer and gives consideration for employment to qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or protected veteran status.This position offers opportunities for professional development and advancement within our dynamic and rapidly growing company.How to Apply:Please submit your resume and cover letter outlining your qualifications and interest in the position.
