Job Opportunity: Cybersecurity AnalystOur organization is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our cybersecurity group, you will play a critical role in protecting our systems and data from various threats.The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. They should be self-driven, take ownership of their work, and communicate effectively with the team.Conduct threat hunting using various techniques to detect hidden threats.Investigate escalated security incidents and perform in-depth forensic analysis.Analyse Windows OS artifacts, including event logs, registry changes, file system activity, and process execution.Perform memory forensics to identify malware, suspicious processes, and evidence of compromise.Conduct PCAP analysis to detect malicious network activity.Work with various logs to identify potential threats and suspicious activities.Understand the attack chain and identify tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) used by adversaries.Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK framework to map adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) during investigations.Analyse ransomware and malware TTPs, including initial access, lateral movement, persistence mechanisms, and data exfiltration techniques.Key qualifications include:Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in threat hunting or digital forensics.Strong understanding of Windows OS internals and network protocols.Experience with log analysis and PCAP examination tools.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.We are committed to creating an inclusive environment that values diversity and promotes growth.
