OnActuate is looking for an energetic, audit-ready, and analytical Assistant Manager – Finance to join our team and take charge of monthly closing, compliance, and financial reporting. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving problems with data, and can balance the books like a pro — this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: Should be well versed with end-to-end Finance and Accounts activities which includes Payroll, Taxation, salary & other journal entries, intercompany reconciliations, Bank reconciliations etc., Periodic review of Accounts Payables & Receivables, Trial Balance. Salary processing globally & related tasks. Employee query resolution per the TAT. Working knowledge of transfer pricing. Working knowledge of US GAAPs & taxation is desirable. Working knowledge of Canadian tax laws is desirable Reply preparation experience in taxation matters. Time bound monthly book closure, & preparation of financial statements on monthly basis. Revenue assurance and various revenue reconciliations (Billing Accounting- Banking). Good understanding of Forex transactions & related regulations is a must. Preparation & filing of statutory returns. Fixed Assets Management and Depreciation verification. Timely Audit finalization & Balance sheet filing with Auditors. Capable handling for Banking operations & Coordination. Pro-active approach for work with inclination for self-development. Good time management skills. Candidate shall possess good communication skills- verbal & written. Excellent computer skills including a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel). Required Qualifications and Skills: Education CA Inter Experience & Abilities 4-5 years' applicable experience. High level of comfort using Microsoft Business Central or any other software. Working knowledge of Canadian tax laws and transfer pricing. Proven expertise in handling financial audits and statutory return filings. Strong understanding of Forex transactions and related regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks. Who we are: OnActuate is a global information technology and consulting firm.
