This boutique consulting firm specializes in M&A tax and structuring services for diverse domestic and multi-national clients.Key Responsibilities:Structuring potential mergers and acquisition deals including slump sales, share transfers, merger, demerger, and restructuring activities.Undertaking tax diligence services, advising on tax implications for the corporate in the mergers deal.Providing start-up, real estate, and e-commerce advisory services with focused industry insights.Offering fund structuring and advisory services including transaction advisory in relation to fund raises, shareholder realignments, and investor exits.Assisting in the implementation of an efficient structure.Providing business model advisory services handling negotiations with strategic investors, spot deal issues, identifying economic constraints, and risk appetite from the perspective of strategic and private equity investors.Developing family succession planning structures.Requirements:Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).At least 2 years post-qualification experience in tax consultancy from Big 6 firms.Solid understanding of Direct Taxation/M&As in diverse industries.Location: Bangalore.
