Develops, modifies, and executes software test plans, automated scripts and programs for testing. Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures. Maintains documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software. Analyzes test results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective action. Consults with development engineers in resolution of problems. Provides feedback in preparation of technical appraisals of programming languages, systems, and computation software. Ensures quality computer integration into the overall functions of scientific computation, data acquisition, and processing. Required Skills:Should be good at Manual testing concepts (Test case/Test plan/Test Strategy/Defect management etc.), Testing Methodologies/Techniques.Hands-on experience in testing web, mobile and/or desktop applications or experience in game testing.Good/Positive attitude towards work.SQL knowledge where he/she can query the database and perform necessary actions required for testing.Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.Should be good at prioritizing and planning the work.Should be a very good Team Player.Knowledge on Defect Management and Test Management tools.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Knowledge of API testing and basic exposure to test automation tools/frameworks is a plus.QualificationsEducationB.E/B.TechYears of Related ExperienceYears of experience 2 to 4 yearsSG is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate against applicants due to race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.
