Financial Controller RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to oversee the financial backbone of our organization.As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing all internal finance operations across our global entities.Core Accounting & Financial Operations:Manage cross-entity bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records across all entities.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including consolidated reporting.Oversee transaction recording, reconciliations, journal entries, and compliance-ready bookkeeping.Maintain proper documentation of all expenses, receipts, reimbursements, and corporate spend.Key responsibilities include:Managing client invoicing, subscription billing, and Alpha Share calculations.Tracking collections, accounts receivable, and ensuring timely follow-ups.Working with product and operations teams to align revenue tracking with platform usage.You will also be responsible for:Preparing management reporting, cost analyses, and recommendations for expense optimization.Building cash-flow forecasts, revenue projections, and budget models.Providing insights to support decision-making, pricing analysis, and board-level reporting.Additional duties include:Implementing and improving financial systems, processes, and reporting tools.Monitoring treasury, cash balances, and capital allocation across entities.Maintaining internal policies for expense controls, approvals, and record retention.Supporting the CEO and President with special financial projects, models, and analyses.
