About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Adobe Multi-Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions using Adobe Cloud platforms to create seamless, omni-channel customer experiences.

Key Qualifications:

10+ years of industry experience, with 8+ years of hands-on expertise in MarTech and Adobe solutions.

Proven experience in solution architecture for omni-channel personalization across Mobile, Web, and Marketing channels.

In-depth knowledge of Adobe Suite including:

- Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) - Real-Time CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
- Adobe Target, Adobe Launch, Adobe Analytics

Hands-on experience with technologies such as:

- Adobe WebSDK & MobileSDK, Tag Management tools (Adobe Launch)
- AEP XDM schema definition, journey building, and reporting using Adobe Analytics or CJA
- Personalization strategies using Adobe Target

What You Will Do:

Design and implement robust, scalable solutions to deliver personalized customer experiences across marketing and sales channels.

Translate marketing use cases and business requirements into technical specifications and platform configurations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes using advanced data platforms.

Present solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive leadership, with clear and effective communication.

Skills & Competencies:

✔️ Strong process orientation and experience in a cross-functional environment.

✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

✔️ Ability to simplify complex technical details for diverse audiences, from platform users to executives.
