Job Title: Payroll ExpertWe are seeking a skilled Payroll Expert to provide expert advice and support on all aspects of payroll, including setup, configuration, execution, and reconciliation.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle Fusion Payroll and migration from Oracle E-Business Payroll to Oracle Fusion Payroll.Key Responsibilities:Payroll Setup & Configuration: Define payrolls, elements, input values, balances, and fast formulas.Payroll Process Execution: Manage payroll run, pre-payment, costing, retro-pay, quick pay, and reconciliation.Understanding of Statutory Rules: Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.Core HR and Payroll Integration: Design or validate 'Payroll Fast Formulas' for earnings and deductions, eligibility rules, absence calculations, and build and test formulas.Payroll Operations & Support: Hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll cycles, including retroactive processing, payroll costing, element entry management, and other related tasks.Requirements:Extensive experience in Oracle Fusion Payroll and migration from Oracle E-Business Payroll to Oracle Fusion Payroll.Strong knowledge of payroll setup, configuration, execution, and reconciliation.Ability to understand statutory rules and ensure compliance.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a timely manner.Benefits:A competitive salary package.Opportunities for career growth and professional development.A dynamic and supportive work environment.
