Design OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced and versatile designer to lead the development of our product and brand, touching millions of users worldwide. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing clean visuals, thoughtful UX, and simplified storytelling.Job ResponsibilitiesOversight of the full design stack, encompassing product UX flows, dashboards, website visuals, marketing assets, and micro-interactions.Leadership in UX/UI for our core sleep screening and digital health experience platform.Creation of B2B dashboards for clinical and operational personas.Maintenance and development of our design system and visual language.Design and updating of web pages, customer landing pages, and digital touchpoints reflecting the brand identity.Creation of brand assets for social media, email, decks, and print materials (e.g., flyers).Development of simple animations (e.g., Lottie, GIFs) for feedback and delight.Creation of Motion Graphics and Explainer Videos leveraging Generative AI tools to support product, marketing, and sales initiatives as needed.RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in product, UX, creative, or visual design (B2B SaaS, digital health, or startup environment preferred).A strong portfolio with a focus on clean visuals, thoughtful UX, and simplified storytelling.Passion for creating remarkable end-end digital experiences and visual communications.Experience working with global teams and comfort with collaborating in US time zones.Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, After Effects), and ability to leverage emerging AI tools.Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup culture.Educational background: Degree in Design, HCI, Visual Arts, Creative, Graphics, Animation, or related field — or equivalent experience.Bonus: Experience in the healthtech, telehealth, fintech, or digital health industry and working with US-based companies.What We OfferCollaboration with a high-performance team in a supportive and collaborative culture.Opportunity to work directly with founders, technology leaders, and business experts.High ownership in shaping both product and brand, impacting millions of users worldwide.Flexibility to work from home and balance personal and professional life.Able to grow your career, skills, and emerging AI design tools.
