We are seeking an experienced Game Designer with a strong creative vision and hands-on experience in designing for 3D games.This role is ideal for someone who understands the culture of Roblox, Fortnite Creative/UEFN, Meta Horizon or Android/Ios Multiplayer Experiences, and can design experiences that fit their communities while pushing creative boundaries.Conceptualize and design core game loops, mechanics, and progression systemsBuild and balance levels, challenges, and social experiences that drive retention and viralityCollaborate closely with artists, animators, and engineers to bring game ideas to lifeDesign UGC-friendly features such as emotes, customization systems, mini-games, and social interactionsBalance gameplay for fun, accessibility, and scalability across diverse audiencesStay on top of community trends, memes, and player behaviors in UGC ecosystems to inform design decisionsContribute to live ops strategies (events, challenges, updates) to keep experiences fresh and engaging2+ years of experience as a Game Designer (UGC or professional games)Strong understanding of gameplay loops, player progression, and reward systemsFamiliarity with multiplayer, co-op, and social game design principlesAbility to prototype quickly and iterate based on player feedbackStrong communication skills to collaborate across disciplines
