In this role, you will be a key player in our team, responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers to onboard new certifications.We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Certification Specialist who can effectively manage the certification journey, drive compliance, and qualify manufacturers for approval.Customer Engagement: You will lead customer on-boarding from initial contact to successful certification, ensuring satisfaction and retention throughout the certificate life-cycle.Manage the certification process: Drive certification through internal and external stakeholder management, ensuring seamless communication and timely resolution of issues.Maintain system accuracy: Continuously update CRM systems to ensure accuracy and drive compliance, minimizing risks and maximizing efficiency.Lead queue management: Effectively manage Salesforce inbound leads, addressing FAQs, screening and qualifying leads, and routing or closing as necessary.Assessment execution: Conduct on-site assessments against established checklists, perform environmental swabbing, and educate manufacturers about program benefits and requirements.This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
