The ideal candidate should bring strong experience in managing quarterly closes, financial statements, and statutory audits.Roles and Responsibilities Financial Accounting & Reporting - Lead end-to-end accounting operations ensuring accuracy and compliance. - Oversee monthly and quarterly financial closing and reporting. - Prepare financial statements including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flows. Quarterly Closing & Compliance - Manage quarterly close processes and review journal entries. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely closing. - Implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and timelines. Audit Management - Lead statutory, internal, and tax audits end-to-end. - Liaise with auditors and ensure timely closure. - Strengthen documentation and control frameworks. Regulatory Filing & Compliance - Ensure timely statutory filings under Companies Act, Income Tax, and GST. - Oversee legal and compliance obligations impacting finance operations. Process Excellence & Controls - Strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and accounting policies. - Drive automation and digitization of accounting workflows. Stakeholder Management - Collaborate with FP&A, Tax, Legal, and Operations teams. - Present financial insights and audit updates to leadership.Required Qualifications - CA qualified (2017–2019 batch) with 7–9 years of experience. - Strong technical knowledge in accounting standards and audits. - Experience in quarterly and annual closing in fast-growth environments. - Excellent analytical and communication skills. - Start-up experience preferred. - Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel.What We're Looking For - High ownership and attention to detail. - Ability to manage tight timelines and dynamic environments. - Strong problem-solving and process-oriented mindset.
