Job DescriptionThe Compliance Lead is responsible for all aspects of compliance, encompassing research, development, implementation, and review of policies, procedures, and guidelines. This entails collaborating with colleagues to share best practices in resolving common challenges.Maintain and enhance the existing compliance framework to ensure it remains effective and efficient.Manage the India whistleblowing platform to foster a culture of transparency and accountability.Lead and drive investigations of ethics and compliance matters, ensuring thoroughness and timeliness.Ensure appropriate follow-up regarding questions/issues that may arise, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.Drive the regional Third-Party Screening program to minimize risk and ensure regulatory compliance.Develop creative compliance activities and support initiatives to promote a culture of compliance in India.Required Skills and QualificationsDegree holder in Law (LLB)At least 12 years of relevant experience in the Compliance function or similar capacityDemonstrates strong analytical and critical thinking skillsAbility to handle confidential and sensitive data in a mature and professional mannerSelf-Starter with the ability to work effectively across culturally diverse teams
