Ciklum | Senior Employer Branding Specialist

Ciklum is looking for a Senior Employer Branding Specialist to join our team full-time in India.
We are a custom product engineering company that supports both multinational organizations and scaling startups to solve their most complex business challenges. With a global team of over 4,000 highly skilled developers, consultants, analysts and product owners, we engineer technology that redefines industries and shapes the way people live.
About the role:
You will play a key role in strengthening Ciklum’s position as an employer of choice for top talent in India and attracting in-demand skills to fuel the growth of the firm.
Responsibilities:
- Empower recruiting goals by increasing the candidate pipeline through marketing activities
- Improve the company’s presence on job portals, thematic forums, etc
- Budget, manage, and execute in-person, hybrid, and virtual events
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure all activities are consistently Ciklum-branded
- Execute internal marketing campaigns, covering all tactical aspects
- Enhance employee engagement by organizing internal company events
- Brief our in-house team on all event production, design, swag, content, and promotional efforts
- Negotiate terms and manage relationships with external vendors within the budget – from swag production to third-party event organisers
- Build meaningful relationships with the internal and external communities
- Evaluate success and prepare detailed reports on conducted activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, economics, journalism, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in marketing
- The ability to engage and manage both internal stakeholders and external talent
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple, complex projects with a high attention to detail
- Strong English communication skills
