An MBA/CFA/FRM certification is a significant plus.Professional Experience: 2+ years of experience in front-office financial roles (investment banking, investment due diligence).Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.Work Style: Methodical, concise, and accurate work style with attention to detail and deadlines is mandatory.Tech Savviness: Ability to quickly learn and apply technical knowledge to solve problems.Industry Knowledge: Interest in quantitative risk management, information technology, and industry trends.Personal Qualities: Conscientious and focused on objectives with strong written and verbal communication skills.Data Analysis and Presentation Skills: Strong experience in data analysis, validation, and presentation (MS Excel).Preferred Locations: Remote, Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, or Coimbatore are welcome additions to our team.
