We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to support our AR and Credit departments based in Washington State, USA.This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in Accounts Receivable, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating remotely with our U.S.-based team.The successful candidate will be responsible for:Daily deposit processing: accurately post daily customer payments to accounts, allocating timely discounts and credits.Customer account reconciliation: reconcile customer balances and investigate payment discrepancies.Credit department support: respond to internal and external requests for invoice copies, statements or payment confirmations.The ideal candidate will possess:Experience in Accounts Receivable.Familiarity with AR automation tools or accounting platforms.Understanding of credit and collections processes.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.We offer a flexible schedule, with winter hours from Monday to Friday and summer hours from Tuesday to Saturday. Working hours are 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Pacific Time (PST/PDT).
