(INDIA)Job Description:The IT Recruiter performs various functions in the organization.Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for handling IT staffing requirements for US based clientsResponsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and close candidates for assigned requisitionsSourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Job diva) and posting on job portalsResponsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work statusProficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook and Word)Ability to work well independently as well as within a teamRequirements:Excellent communication skills (especially listening) and interpersonal skills are of great importanceAbility to work as part of a teamGood research skillsBasic computer skills are requiredAbility to work and beat deadlinesGood organizational abilitiesFlexibility and willingness to learn at all timesGood multi-tasking abilitiesBachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline or a degree in human resource managementFreshers who have flair for human resources can also applyAbout CompanyCFACT Consulting Services Pvt.
