Our platform enables sustainable sourcing, automates supply chains, and connects end customers with the stories behind their products. We are building a next-generation multi-tenant B2B SaaS platform on AWS, engineered for scale, security, and speed.Our polyglot stack includes Angular for Frontend, Node.js for APIs and Python/FastAPI for data/ML services, backed by Aurora Postgres (+pgvector), Redis/SQS, OpenSearch, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, and S3.We institutionalize AI-powered DevOps practices — embedding AI and automation into our pipelines, provisioning, monitoring, and documentation — ensuring SOC 2, GDPR, and EUDR compliance and tenant isolation (schema-per-tenant/RLS).Role DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the design, deployment, and management of our AWS cloud infrastructure, ensuring operational excellence, scalability, and compliance. This is a hands-on, on-site position at our Bangalore R&D Center — not remote.Major Responsibilities:·      Infrastructure & Automation·      Security & Compliance·      Backup, Disaster Recovery & Performance·      Monitoring, Operations & SupportQualifications·      10+ years total experience in Systems Administration or Cloud Engineering, including 5+ years of diversified AWS experience.·      AWS Certified (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or SysOps Administrator).·      Hands-on experience with: 1, AWS Core Services: ECS/EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS/Aurora, CloudWatch, IAM, VPC, Route53, KMS. 2,SSO integration and Security configuration. 3,Backup/Archive/DR planning and execution. 4,Performance tuning and security testing. 5, Database administration (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Aurora).·      Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash, Shell).·      Proven experience with compliance and audit support (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR).·      Excellent communication skills and documentation discipline.·      Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
