Job Description:


We are currently seeking dynamic individuals to join our team and contribute to the success for our Organization.


Requirement

  • Review & Approve compliance of engineering project process tailoring in line with internal process & ASPICE/CMMI standards.
  • Perform regular health-checks on Product Development activities acc. to ASPICE/CMMI framework on Strategic Projects & proposing action items.
  • Review and report the product maturity risks related to engineering deviation concession notes (DCN)
  • Measure projects against R&D KPI achievement & report status to R&D Governance Leader
  • Support Review & Approval of R&D specific elements of standard process updates.
  • Support in bridging reviews between Divisional & Corporate standard processes
  • Provide Feedback on health status of projects and execute conformance checks on closure of action items or findings.



Skills & Qualifications Required

Education:

  • Engineering Degree (Electronics/Mechanical/Computer/System) with 4-8 years of working experience in Product Development activities / Quality assurance/ process implementation
  • Certified Provisional Assessor (or higher) is a benefit.


Skills:

  • Very good understanding of Automotive SPICE PRM and PAM
  • High experiences in embedded development activities & projects in Automotive / Aerospace industry
  • Previous experience in Performing technical reviews, KPI reporting, Technical Project Management (beneficial)
  • Previous Experience in performing ASPICE Assessments / Quality Reviews is essential.
  • Good skills in English; Knowing German language (beneficial)
