Healthcare Data LeaderWe're seeking a visionary to spearhead the development of our healthcare data services, fostering strategic partnerships with payer and provider organizations.Develop and scale data practices, including service offerings, delivery frameworks, and revenue growth initiatives.Maintain annual revenue contribution targets through new client acquisition and existing client expansion efforts.Establish robust data governance policies and compliance frameworks for healthcare environments, ensuring seamless regulatory alignment.Design standardized methodologies and tools that differentiate our services, driving business value and market competitiveness.Leverage business acumen to drive business development and manage profit-and-loss (P&L) responsibilities for the practice.Define data strategies aligned with healthcare clients' business objectives, fostering symbiotic relationships.Implement analytics solutions using industry-leading tools like Power BI, Tableau, and cloud platforms, amplifying data-driven decision-making capabilities.Develop predictive analytics and AI solutions to optimize healthcare outcomes and operational efficiency.Ensure uncompromising data quality, security, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, HITECH), upholding the highest standards of excellence.Key Qualifications:10+ years in data leadership roles, demonstrating proven track records in building data practices from scratch.Proven expertise in healthcare payer and provider technology services, coupled with experience growing practices to significant revenue with enterprise clients.P&L responsibility and business development acumen, accompanied by strong SQL, Python/R programming skills.Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), as well as deep understanding of payer and provider operations and workflows.Knowledge of big data technologies and ML/AI frameworks, complemented by exceptional team leadership and mentoring abilities.Strong communication skills, enabling effective presentation to C-level executives.
